These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made from Acuneeds Australia’s Online Webstore.


All prices are in Australian Dollars.  Any order made within Australia will be subject to GST (Goods & Services Tax).  

We make every endeavour to maintain prices, however factors beyond our control (such as changes in foreign currency exchange rates, changes in base material costs etc.) may vary cost and we reserve the right to amend prices accordingly and without notice.

Product Availability

At Acuneeds Australia, we are constantly seeking new quality products to add to our range.  Occasionally, some existing products may become obsolete or discontinued. In the event of this happening, we apologise for the inconvenience and where possible will substitute a similar product of equal or better quality.

There may be times where we cannot supply your item. In most cases, goods are out of stock for a short period of time whilst we rectify the issue or rush more stock in from our supplier. If you want more information on when this item will become available again, please email info@acuneeds.com – include “Enquiry”, the stock code, and the product description in the subject line and we will reply with an estimated time of arrival of the item.

If you order an item that is placed on back order we will send it immediately when it arrives in our store. In most circumstances we do not charge additional delivery fees when sending back ordered products. Should you wish to be contacted before your back order item is sent, please notify us when placing your original order.

"Change of Mind" Refunds

We are not obligated under any Australian law to give you a refund for functioning goods, simply because you changed your mind. Please ensure that you choose carefully when making your product purchases.


The product(s) must be in original condition including original packaging. Please ensure returned goods are in original conditional, any branded retail packaging is unopened or repacked as new and not used, damaged or altered in any way. Repackaging fee for returned goods with incomplete or damaged packaging may apply. In general, we require notification of a request to return goods within 7 days of order.


All orders within Australia are sent with Australia Post unless specific arrangements have been made otherwise.  If your email address is registered with Acuneeds, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details for your order. Bulky items such as TDP Lamps and Massage Tables will only be delivered with Standard Australia Post.

All orders will incur the following delivery charges:

Orders between $150 - $349 (EX-GST), $9.50 + GST

Orders over $350 (EX-GST), FREE

Priority Delivery & Handling - Auspost Express

Orders under $150 (EX-GST), $15.50 + GST

Orders between $150 - $349 (EX-GST), $12.50 + GST

Orders between $350 - $499 (EX-GST), $10.50 + GST

Orders over $500 (EX-GST), FREE


New Zealand Regular Postage & Handling

Flat fee of $30 per order (excluding bulky items such as massage tables)

New Zealand Express Postage & Handling

Flat fee of $65 per order (excluding bulky items such as massage tables)

- All other international deliveries will be charged on a case by case basis, depending on order weight and volume.

Warehouse - Click & Collect
Orders lodged in advance via website, phone or email. 2 business hours after order placement must be allowed for the order to be prepared for collection. Collection open hours 9:30am - 3:30pm. Order placement and payments on site are not possible.

Authority To Leave

By selecting 'yes' at the checkout page on the website, you are providing your authority to have our nominated courier leave your parcel at your unattended premises, in accordance with your instructions. The courier may, at their discretion, elect not to leave your parcel. Such as, if they do not think it is safe to leave your parcel unattended. In which case, they will take your parcel to your local post office/depot and will leave a card to call. We will work with our customers to find reasonable resolution to any problems relating to deliveries. Please note that Acuneeds Australia does not accept liability for any loss, due to theft or negligence if an authority to leave is selected at the time of checkout, and proof of delivery has been provided from our courier.


Acuneeds Australia’s standard warranty is 1 year from date of purchase, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product.  This warranty does not include ‘consumable’ items. If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship in a product sold by Acuneeds Australia, and we are notified within the warranty period, we will, repair or replace the product. Acuneeds Australia does not accept any liability beyond this for consequential loss.  Warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials and was not caused by or was not substantially contributed to by other factors beyond our control, including (but not limited to) defective installation, maintenance, or repair; alterations or modification of the product in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer; or any neglect, misuse or excessive use.

Freight Charges Relating to Warranty Items

Warranty repairs or replacement of goods is free of charge, however, freight charges to and from the service department are required to be paid by the customer.

Special Conditions for all Internet Purchases 

Payment is made via credit card (MasterCard, Visa) through our secure online payment facility.

International Orders – Please remember for all orders outside Australia you may have to pay customs and importing charges at your end (if applicable). All international orders will not be subject to Australian GST (Goods & Services Tax). We cannot supply full customs documentation, but all parcels include required customs dockets. Should you require goods to be returned for any reason, it is essential that customs documentation is included. If customs dockets are not included it can be a costly exercise to have the goods cleared by Customs and the customer must pay this charge. Failure to include customs documentation may result in long delays.

Acuneeds Australia cannot accept any responsibility of liability for the suitability of any product for use outside Australia, nor its compliance with local regulations.
