Amongst the Nagahama Silk producers in Japan and across the globe, only Nankyu Chirimen Ltd produces a weaved crepe silk that contain high amounts of sericin. Sericin, a protein in silk, is said to have many beneficial effects such as moisturizing the skin and preventing aging. It is also used in beauty lotions and serums. - Immerse the Moxa ball in water for approximately 1 minute.
- Warm the ball in a steamer (5 minutes) or microwave (600 W for 1 minute).
- Massage the body with the Moxa Ball.
